How does this Support desk work? You can submit your requests here online or send us an email to support@knowledgeplaza.net.
When you submit a request here, you'll be prompted to choose whether it's a question (like how-to's) or a bug. We'll address your request as fast as we can. You can check the status of your submitted request at all time.
